We back our workmanship for 30 days. This guarantee is in place for any mistakes, oversights, or shortcomings with the services we provide. We will also take responsibility for defective products purchased from us within that same period. PC GURU does not believe in refunds; we believe that the work should be done right the first time and if it is a return because of personal choice or second thoughts we give in store credit to be applied to the products or computer you really want. If a part, PC, or Unit is found in Good working order and NO defects, then we CAN at the managers approval, refund, minus a RESTOCKING "FEE" of 20% of the Total Price paid. If the Part, PC, or Unit is found DOA.  PC GURU will replace or refund, if the part is not available for replacement and will take care of the RMA and replacement.

Within our satisfaction guarantee period, we will correct any issues you may have at no extra cost to you. Our guarantee assumes that our workmanship is still in-tact and no changes to any system specific settings we enable have been altered or anything added to the system by an outside party or third party Software added. Understand that many software problems such as viruses, spyware and adware can reoccur over the lifetime of your PC. Remember that keeping your PC in working order has a lot to do with responsible usage, especially concerning the internet.
Our guarantee pertains to services rendered, not to user negligence, so viruses, spyware and adware are a cost to the client and void the warranty. 

While PC GURU promises to advise our customers to the best of our ability how to keep your PC and information safe, it is after all, advice taken or left.

PC GURU assumes the cost for any satisfaction guarantee service calls endured. In the event that service call was not merited by our satisfaction guarantee, additional on site charges will apply.

Personal Data Waiver

Your data is your business. PC GURU will not peruse any files that are not necessary to the service being rendered. While PC GURU will have to, from time to time, work with your personal files such with a data backup service, we can make no guarantee as to file integrity, such as in the event of defective hardware. Our ability to recover or manipulate data is dependent on the condition of the hardware in which it resides. Data "lost in translation" will be deemed irreparable and cannot be guaranteed.
